The owners of a Cowlitz County dairy farm pleaded guilty today to distribution of adulterated food in connection with a December 2005 E. coli outbreak. Michael and Anita Puckett face up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine when sentenced on Sept. 5 |

Updated: Jun 18, 2008 5:39pm The effort to clean Lake Waco of dairy waste isn't working that's the finding of a new study. The scientific firm ENSR performed the $1.8 million study for the city of Waco. It found algae causing phosphorus levels in the water are double what they should be. |
